Shipping Policy

All parcels are prepared and dispatched within a maximum of 48 working hours + delivery time depending on the delivery address.

In metropolitan France, the average delivery time for a Colissimo parcel is 48 hours (2 working days).

For Europe, the average delivery time for a parcel via Colissimo varies from 3 to 5 working days on average, and can in some cases be as long as 9 days depending on the destination country.

For the rest of the world: average parcel delivery time varies from 5 to 12 working days, depending on the destination country and delivery method selected. Shipments are made Monday to Friday only. Orders placed on Fridays after 11am or on weekends will be dispatched the following Monday.

Refund Policy

If for any reason you wish to return your pair(s), no problem. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us. All you have to do is send us a request to Heythemis.

After receiving and checking the quality of the returned product, we will exchange or refund your item (excluding order shipping costs), as you wish.

Please note that the item(s) will only be reimbursed if the merchandise is returned to us in a condition similar to that observed at the time of dispatch, i.e. new and clean, unworn shoes and box in a condition similar to that of receipt of your parcel, fit for resale.

The parcel must also contain all the items present in the box at the time of dispatch, otherwise it will unfortunately not be possible to proceed with a refund.
